SCHEDULE OF
EVENTS
Spring Clean-up:
Should be done by April 30th. (Removing
leaves, sticks, twigs and debris from the grounds)
Curb Edging:
Will be done twice; in the spring and the late
summer. (Edging the concrete curbs surrounding the
streets.)
Sidewalk Edging:
Will be done every four weeks on the same day as
mowing, as needed. Sidewalk edging includes city
sidewalks, individual drives, and individual walks.
Round-Up spraying on property +
Mulched Areas:
Will be
sprayed four times throughout the year. (Cracks in
sidewalk, drives, beds, under trees)
Mulch:
Inspection of areas will be done in Late-May and
new mulch should be added during June, as needed and
requested.
Aeration:
Should be done once a year in Mid-May and
Mid-August. (Aerating the property will reduce
compaction and promote oxygen movement throughout
the soil)
Lawn Overseeding:
Should be done once during the three year
agreement, preferably in the Spring following the
Aeration.
Shrub and Tree Trimming:
Should be done by June 30th.
Fall Clean-up:
Should be done by November 30th.
(Removing leaves, sticks, twigs and debris from the
grounds, may be required two times, depending on
when the leaves fall)
