We use a four-step process to give your lawn the best possible start.

1) Finish grading and soil preparation:  We will loosen compacted soil, grade to provide the proper drainage, remove debris, hand finish as necessary and provide and install the highest quality topsoil or soil amendments. A Successful lawn depends on a smooth start and that is what we provide.

2) Drill seed application:  We then will take an extra step in the seed application process by using a Brillion Seeder to insure the best possible seed to soil contact. This also helps to break-up soil clumps leaving a smoother finish.

3) Hydro-mulch application: The hydro-mulch mixture, containing fertilizer, Spartan Grade A grass seed, cellulose fiber, green colorant, and tachifier for erosion control, is sprayed over the lawn area.

4) Fertilization:  Our unique 30 and 60 day follow-up fertilizer treatments let us get a look at how your lawn is doing. If reseeding is necessary, it is done right on the spot, no call is necessary. The fertilizing and reseeding are done with a smile and no extra charge!
